What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve products that are currently out of stock or not yet available. By placing a pre-order, you secure your place in the queue and will receive your order as soon as the product becomes available.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at the time of pre-order. Your payment secures your reservation and guarantees your order will be fulfilled once stock arrives. Pre-orders are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a guide only and are subject to change. We will notify you via email of any significant delays to your pre-order. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.

No Cancellations or Refunds

All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been received, pre-orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded. Please ensure you have selected the correct products and quantities before completing your pre-order.

Order Priority

Pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Earlier pre-orders receive priority when new stock arrives.
